DMG Mori NHX 4000
The NHX 4000 horizontal mill has significantly boosted our production capacity and large part milling. Its two pallets enhance spindle utilization over traditional vertical mills, allowing up to ten machining locations per pallet with vise or fixture configurations. The horizontal spindle orientation improves chip evacuation and Z-axis travel, providing greater flexibility for deep hole drilling.

Forklifts
We have a 6000 lb. indoor/outdoor forklift on-site to help maneuver components throughout the facility, us to quickly load and unload couriers and customers on short notice. Additionally, we have access to forklifts with capacities of up to 20,000 lb. for any heavy lifting needs.
Saws
Our 10-inch double mitering heavy-dutyaw features an indoor roller system that guarantees components made from moisture-sensitive materials stay protected indoors, preventing any potential damage to their finishes. Additionally, we have saws available with a capacity of up to 20 inches for processing larger components.
